Each piece is created in our Toronto studio. Items not on hand at the time of order will ship in approximately 4-8 weeks from the order date. If you have specific time requirements, please let us know at the time of your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please e-mail getinspired@janinejewels.com. If you need your jewellery sooner, please get in touch with us to see how quickly we can accommodate you.
We also have in-stock selections that ship in between 3-4 business days for quick gifts. Please email getinspired@janinejewels if you have a specific delivery request.

Do your engagement rings come with a gift box?
Yes! Our engagement rings or wedding sets come in a beautiful box!

Additionally, please remember that additional delays beyond our control may arise due to the current supply chain and shipping issues.

We offer complimentary shipping with purchases over $1000 within continental North America. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Local pickup is available. Pop in; I'd love to meet you at Made You Look, 1338 Queen St. W, Toronto.

For orders less than $1000 CAD, Here's our shipping fee:

Shipping within Canada: $50.00 CAD

Shipping to the U.S.: $80.00 CAD

Shipping to Australia: $250.00 CAD

Shipping to the U.K.: $225.00 CAD

Other destinations start at $150; please get in touch with us for an estimate.

**International orders typically require 2-14 business days in transit. All orders are sent with a FEDEX or CANADA POST tracking number.

***Please note: if you make any changes to your delivery, such as releasing the item without a signature, the insurance is void, and you will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. If you are not home to receive the package, it will be held at your closest FedEx distribution center. If the recipient does not pick up the package, it will be returned to Janine Jewels, and you will be refunded, less the shipping cost. If the package is lost during delivery, at the fault of the courier service, you will be refunded for the item.

We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping and urge you to track your package using the tracking ID provided before emailing our customer service. Refunds or discounts will not be issued because of delayed shipments. If you are concerned about your package's timely arrival, please contact us before making your purchase.


Customs / Import Taxes
Janine Jewels is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees levied at the border of your home country; this is your obligation. We have no control over what packages are held at the border. Customs agents typically notify senders and recipients when packages are held for outstanding duties. Should this happen and we are informed, we will make all reasonable attempts to inform you. However, it is not our responsibility to ensure that you pay duties to have your package released.


Return shipping:
If an item needs to be returned for any reason, all shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility.

Keep all shipping labels, waybills and commercial invoices associated with your purchase if you need to return anything to us for any reason. No exceptions.
