Cancellations

We allow 24 hours to cancel your order in order to obtain full refund. Otherwise a credit note will be issued for the value of your order. Any questions or concerns can be emailed to sabrina@jainededorigny.com

Returns & Exchanges

As my work is all handmade I offer exchanges or store credit only, I do not provide full refunds.

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase however, if an exchange is necessary, I am happy to accept most items for exchange or store credit within 10 days. All returned items must be in original condition.  

To make an exchange for purchases made online, please contact me at sabrina@janinededorigny.com for a return authorization number. Please know I will not accept any returns without this number.

All sale items are final sale.

Custom orders, orders that accommodate any variations or changes (including sizings) are non-refundable and all sales are final.
